GROUP COACHING
Peer Learning Groups
Facilitated group discussions created to capitalize on the combined experience and insights of the individuals (Technical Directors, Managers, Directors) who participate in order to achieve organizational objectives and/or individual goals. A common focus, experience or challenge (new managers, high potential leaders, project managers etc…) unites each group. Participants receive personalized laser coaching and engage in a supportive, motivating venue where each individual is inspired to act. Two group coaching calls per month for 6 months and one 45 minute individual coaching call. Limit 8 participants
