Ignite Brilliance – Peer Learning Groups

Program Overview

Our Ignite Brilliance – Peer Learning Group Calls provide a forum for high-potential leaders and managers to exchange wisdom and experience. Participants receive personalized laser coaching that they can use in real-time and become engaged in a supportive, motivating venue where each individual is inspired to act.

Learning Group participants will gain:

  • A profound new awareness of themselves and others
  • A stronger network of peers within their organization
  • Insights and expanded perspectives on the challenges they face
  • Shared lessons learned to accelerate their development
  • Mutual support, inspiration, and accountability in reaching their goals
  • Specific, applicable coaching support from a certified coach
  • An enhanced ability to communicate effectively with their employees, peers and colleagues

Format:

  • Calls twice a month with up to 6 peers (once per week for the first month)
  • One 45 minute individual coaching call to be used at any time during the 6 months
  • In the first call participants co-create an agenda to include the most relevant topics
  • An online Assessment to identify the areas they most want to develop
  • Each participant will engage in the session, sharing what is working well, what they are challenged by, and what commitments they are making towards change
  • On-the-spot coaching, peer coaching, and between-session email support
